Michael Carrick provided a fantastic evening last night at the Manchester Sporting Club at our function in aid of the Michael Carrick Foundation. The current Manchester United first team coach and former United, West Ham, Spurs and England midfielder, spoke for 45 minutes in conversation with the chief football writer from The Times, Henry Winter, covering his journey from the north-east of England to London and now Manchester which saw him win everything in the club game. We also raised funds for the Foundation and those who attended also enjoyed drinks, photos, a book signing of Michael’s autobiography, “Between the Lines” and sumptuous food provided by our friends at Manchester Hall.
